Females that lift heavy - looking for routine suggestions

I've somehow gone back to being the cardio queen and I know that I need to start lifting again. I have a good knowledge about weights, its just coming up with a routine that tends to baffle me and I feel like I'm wandering around. I like lifting heavier weights and my goal is to tighten up. I would like to dedicate 3 days to lifting, probably 35 minutes max because of time constraints (I workout during lunch). If you lift, what is your routine?
