Hi! I looked back at this past week. You're doing a great job logging from what I can tell. A couple of things though:
1. For the foods that say "turkey sandwich" "peanut butter apple" are those recipes that you've put into your recipe builder or are they entries you're taking off the database? Just remember that with fruit, those serving sizes can be drastically different each time even if you think it's the same size. Assuming you're having 2 tbsp of peanut butter with your apple (roughly 190 cals), that would mean that your apple is only 35 calories- I highly doubt that is correct, unless it's only 1-2 slices.
2. When you're weighing meat be sure to use the thawed weight, not the frozen weight
3. Are you using a HRM or the MFP exercise database? I notice you don't eat back all your workout calories especially when you've logged a really high amount of calories burned, which is good. The database is usually much higher than what you really burn.
Other than that, you seem to be logging really well. If you're seeing results then I would stick to what you're doing.0 -
first thoughts (looking at march)
- lots of logs are things rather than weights (slices, bananas, crackers,...)
these can lead to inacurracy and underestimation
- can't see much evidence of cooking fat (oil butter) - beware those zero-cal cooking sprays they're only zero cal per serving of 1/4 second spray, if you are like most people you will spray fro 1-2 seconds and be eating ~18cal each time whicg can add up quickly
- you're generally quite low on intake, the advice is to NET a minimum of 1200 (eat - exercise) as consuming less can be unhealthy
so my first guess would be that you may be underestimating your intake > have a read of :

i do weight my foods thawed.
i cook with olive oil spray
all of my foods are grilled on the george forman, unless we eat out, which is only like twice a month because i know how bad it is, but i have to have a social life so sometimes its hard to find good food at a resturant.
i dont use butter.
i run a daycare so i dont always have the time to eat a good cal meal thats why i use the shakes as a meal sometimes because they are quick and filling.
The turkey sandwich and the peanut butter apple are recipes that i created. i dont normally use the full 2 tbsp serving but i for the peanut butter but i still count all the calories so i dont underestimate how may im actually consuming.
I use MFP
and i dont eat back my calorie intake because my workouts are normally at night time!
THank you for your questions and points to make my log better!0
