I have lost weight several times over my life. I lost weight on the T Factor diet (counting fat grams), and Weight Watchers. My challenge is keeping it off. I have really enjoyed myfitnesspal this time. I guess when you have a made up mind, it is easy to be faithful in logging in those food choices. I got back active with myfitnesspal when I heard another friend was using it and having good results. I have used the app 25 days and have lost 12 lbs. I love the scanner. I started hearing about the Fit Bit which was the new crave. I decided why purchase something when there was a free app that could work if I worked it. I have also enjoyed reading the success stories on the message board.
