Motivation

Hi everyone,

I am new to MFP, however I am not new to the weight loss world. I am currently trying to lose about 30 lbs before my wedding in October. I am have the HARDEST time trying to lose this weight. I've tried everything. From WW to a nutritionist. I am currently trying the Special K diet and find it very hard because I am hungry ALL THE TIME!! In addition to dieting I was meeting with a personal trainer 2x a week, but gave that up because it was WAY to expensive. So now I am trying the Couch to 5K program and 2 30 day challenges for the abs and arms. I have lost about 5 lbs from my start weight and gained 3 back. I am hoping to get some motivation to stay on track to reach my goal. Please help!! Thanks everyone!
