slow and steady - need buddies

Hi all. I'm looking for a couple MFP friends. I'm on a slow and steady path myself, learning how to be gentle with myself and get to the bottom of my emotional eating. I'm not interested in quick weight loss, gimmicks, or fad diets. I eat real food and am learning how to understand when it's my body that needs food, and when it's my emotions that are acting hungry. I would love to help support some other folks who are undertaking the same type of journey. Please friend me if my philosophy sounds similar to yours.
