Portion control when eating ate a deficit....yes it does!!
Weigh it, measure it, just make sure it fits into your daily intake!!

    I just weighed out a serving of Talenti German chocolate cake gelato. I'll make it fit. :drinker: (they need an ice cream eating smiley) I don't want no fishy weenies, though. :sick:

    I dont weigh myself often....and I find it hilarious that people weigh their foods/portion. Kinda of OCD or OPD.

    I weigh my food because it's more accurate, and what's in a measuring cup doesn't always equal the weight in grams, it's usually more. Doesn't matter quite as much with something like oatmeal, which measures out almost 10g more in a 1/2 cup measuring cup than an actual 40g serving, but it does for something high calorie, like peanut butter, when eaten daily.
