Newbie ready for some love!

Only fitness wise, of course :)

I tried this whole work-out/eating healthy thing before and it crashed and burned after my summer trips. For the most part, I'm a pescatarian. Officially, I'm a free-tarian: if it's free, I'll eat it! I'm a Social Service Worker in San Francisco so I can't afford to eat as organically healthy or be a part of a gym. Yoga ain't my thang (I wish it were!) and running is meh.

I love beer and wine (have a glass or pint a day) so losing weight will be challenging.

MFP tells me I overeat calories and carbs and am majorly lacking in the sodium department. How do I get good sodium intake without eating up calories & carbs?
