JIGGLY BELLY !!!!!

Okay so im losing weight at a steady pace but I have this jiggly belly and im wondering if its loose skin that im going to deal with for the rest of my life or is eventually going to get tight nd ill be able to tone it up... I do core exercises but not like I should but I will increase my core training sessions.. I was wondering did (or still are)anyone go through this? Also if you have what exercises helped you the most nd did u use any oils or tightening creams?

    You're young so you have that on your side. You won't know what you have to work with until you hit goal weight and goal fitness level and then wait awhile to see if you're genetically blessed enough to have your skin shrink back into place.

    I've never heard of any oil or cream worth spending money on. I don't think they work.

    I'm 52 and my jiggly belly has improved. I do heavy weight lifting and make sure it includes my core. I do a lot of squats and lunges with heavy weights, and I'm convinced these work all over my body.
