I'm doing a high intensity interval training on Youtube. Does anyone know what type of exercise I could put it down with cause I can't find it on the list?

I'm not sure what kind of interval training you're doing so I can't be for sure, but you might want to break it down into its components.
For example, I run at 9.5 MPH for 1 minute and then walk at 4 MPH for 1 minute. I go back and forth for 30 min. So, on MFP, I log it as 15 min @ 9.5 MPH and 15 min @ 4 MPH.
This only works with cardio interval training. If you're doing weight interval training, I'm not sure if its possible to accurately guage the calories lost from that.0 -

Its cardio training one of the videos is about 500 calories & the other about 350. So will look at similar exercises but I've seen the option of creating your own. Will probably do that.0 -
HIIT requires that you get your heart rate way up passed what solid state running would normally do. Instead of 60-70% of Max Heart Rate, HIIT generally pushes you towards 80-90% of MHR. Obviously, this'll be different for every person depending on their fitness level but you might wanna find a way to guage your heart rate to find out if you're running as hard as you should be.
