    I went back today....couldn't help myself. My butt was much less sore this time around, even without padding (or I should say, additional padding....baby's got back....).

    I know what you mean. Why I get dizzy and fall on my butt, it hurts for days. But it is fun.

    OK - so am I the only one who thought 'spinning' was a dance class!:embarassed:

    This is an older post of mine, but thanks for responding. I actually bought a padded bike seat and used that for a while. I'm bareback now and my butt feels fine!
