Water and time. I would not try to drink a gallon, just a normal amount. Don't sweat it too much.

Oh and don't weigh in for the next couple of days.

    Time and water.

a little extra water for a couple days, mind the sodium, and all will be well.

Sadly, there is no "quick" help, as your body will "flush" it out as it needs to on its own.
Yes, water helps, but just let your body do its own thing.

Don't worry about retaining water for a couple of weeks and just keep to your regular routine and watch the sodium for the other days. If the scale doesn't move, just remember to be patient :flowerforyou:

Drink water, watch your intake the next couple days. It'll come out on it's own. You'll be fine. Just don't step on a scale for a few days (water retention that's all)

Work some high potassium foods into your diet. Most vegetables are good, as are potatoes. The cells of our bodies have a potassium (K)/sodium (Na) pump. When one goes in, the other goes out. So, more K pushes Na out of the cell, and helps it get flushed out.

While that is a crap ton of sodium, don't worry if you go over on sodium really. Look at my diary for example. I'm probably 2000mg over every single day and more than that other days. Hasn't stopped my weight loss at all. Just drink a reasonable amount of water and you'll be fine. I probably drink 48 oz per day just for example.

Thank you everyone! I'll definitely not step back on the scale for a few days and keep all these suggestions in mind :)

Are you sure that's accurate? That truly is a crap ton of sodium.

Soy sauce is pretty much just sodium.

Teriyaki sauce is crazy high in sodium! I buy the "low sodium" kind and it's still ridiculously high! Sooo yummy though :)
