    Don't starve yourself. EAT to FUEL your body! Weight loss isn't about deprivation, it's about giving your body what it needs to function at its optimal best! :)

    Hold yourself accountable! Record everything that you eat even when you have had a bad day of eating!
  • try cutting sugar and breads; it makes a big difference long run.
