Low Sodium / Kid Friendly

I need some low sodium/kid friendly dinner ideas... All of the meals I make are usually packed with sodium and I feel like I'm over every day! :grumble:

Anyone want to share a favorite low sodium dinner recipe?? :happy:

My kids love meatballs! Just make some meatballs with ground turkey, bread crumbs, italian seasoning, and an egg. Then bake them on a greased cookie sheet for 15 mins, then turn them over and bake another 5 mins or until done. Then mix them with some low sodium pasta sauce. Great over pasta, or rice, or in sandwiches, or by themselves!
