May weight lost challenge

Hi guys April is almost over so I am starting a weight lost challenge. It is believed that loosing 2lbs a week is a healthy weight lost so that's 8lbs a month. Everyone is different and everyone's goal is different. I have set up a Facebook page where we can post tips, recipes, pics etc. depending on how much motivation you need you can check in everyday or once a week but every week there will be a new mini challenge and weight lost or gain will be recorded. I will do a spread sheet so everyone can track their progress and at the end of the month we will crown someone May 2014 biggest looser.
