anyone else begin to experience this during/after weight loss? I used to get the "world is blacking out on the edges and I'm dizzy" feeling every now and then upon standing from a seated or laying down position only occasionally, but lately (last 3 weeks or so) it happens every single time I get upright from seated no matter for how long I was sitting. I have a doctor's appointment coming up and will of course be mentioning it just wondering if anyone else has had this happen as a result of weight loss?
(FTR, I am sure it's not related to too little sodium, as my sodium number is routinely over 4500 a day!! Could it possibly be from too MUCH sodium?)

it may be the sodium, as it's the *retention* of sodium that goes down for example with carbohydrate restriction. Also bear in mind the current intake guidelines are based on the idea that it may be beneficial to reduce it.
I would crank up the sodium and potassium as an experiment, and get one of those cheap BP monitors to see what the numbers look like.0
