Well here is a great drink full of flavor and that serving or two of fruits.
with a blender. Things you will need:
2 cups fresh fruit or frozen
1/3 cups sugar more or less to taste
6-7 ice cubes
2 cups milk
Serves (four-five)
Blend all ingredients until it is fully blended may need to release the air bubbles a couple times though, Try it out you all tell me what you think I have been drinking this drink since I was little want to thank my friends mom for the recipe. It is an amazing drink to fill in those xtra calories without the fats.
