Another Newbie

Hi, I just joined MFP today & Weight Watchers online almost about 3 weeks ago. I like the point system, but really miss having nutrition details particularly because I'm really a stickler about my sodium intake & as a regular platelet donor I struggle to keep my iron count up so it helps to know how much iron I am getting in a day. I'm going to use both of them for awhile and see how it goes. I figure I've lost at least 2000 pounds, the same 20 to 40 over and over again :( I have some major back issues & really don't need to be carrying around an extra 40 pounds. My biggest challenge is that I'm the only one in our group who battles weight & portion control so I don't get a ton of support, mainly because they've never been there. "Don't lose as much weight as you did last time, you looked gaunt," is not the kind of suppport I need. I felt good then & my cholesterol numbers were great. DH really doesn't say anything either way, which is kind of a + - thing.:ohwell:
