First Week Weigh In

Hey all,

I finally got some good news. I've been with the web site and this work program for one week now. Just went to my weigh in, and I've lost 4.6 (5) pounds in one week. This is awesome, as I am now starting to see some real progress. Though I didn't join this web site until I was 299, I started working on my weight when I was 311 lbs. I've now lost 18.6 lbs in a litle more than a month. I finally believe I might be able to do this thing.
