hello all!!
decided to post even though i am recording my food intake and exercise for quite some time here
since i am from europe my measurements are in metric system
im 165cm tall and 66kg
body fat at 18 and main goal is to lose a 206 percentage body fat and tone my body
it takes a long tie since either is too hard or I'm doing something wrong!
so i have reduced calories and going to the gym around 4 times a week with some cardio the days of the weights and some dedicated days only for cardio at the treadmill
Ideally will be to lose 2 to kg of body fat...
would really like your views or any guy similar to my measurements to have a discussion regarding food intake steps to achieve goal
in 2 months time if possible of course
profile picture is taken a month ago..im quite thin but with 18% body fat..most of it is on my chest which is quite hard to lose..but trying hard!

igman, Congratulations and good luck with your goals. They are very inspiring. I am doing a beachbody program called the 21 day fix. The program is designed to develop your core strength and flexibility and to slim down and tone up. The nutrition guide is excellent. I follow the nutrition guide that comes with the program and I use myfitnesspal to double check myself on my new, clean eating habits.0

You can loose weight by eating whatever you want but not as much as you want. You want to loose weight then eat less and move more.
You don't need a specific program. You need to workout however you enjoy.0 -
thanks for your quick replies!
sometimes i get disappointed and some other times i get confident it depends on the day...its not that i am over weight but this exyta body ft percentage is quite visible since i am slim everywhere else0
