hey,
over the course of the past 7 months I lost around 47kg of weight, but 5 weeks ago I just stopped losing any weight at all (well, at least I didn't gain any). currently I am at 87 kg. I reduced my daily calories from 1500kcal in october 2013 to ~1200 kcal now according to the myfitnesspal guide and it worked perfectly. I went to gym 3 times a week, 1 hour each.
due to the fact that my gym closed recently I switched to home workouts, specifically compound exercises for half an hour a day, 7 days a week. my first thought was that I just ate too few calories in the end so I raised my daily food back to 1400 kcal for two weeks, still the same result. any suggestions how I should proceed? my goal is to at least lose another 10kg. :I
thanks for you responses

Check the accuracy of your logging and check the numbers you're working from0

Maybe your body just wants more calories at the moment. Sometimes you really have to mix it up to get things moving again. It's so annoying when your body just decides it'd rather stay where it is.0

First, as a man, you shouldn't be eating 1200 calories. 1200 calories is only appropriate for petite or older women (depending on their stats). You need to do some research and find what an appropriate intake for you would be.
Secondly, invest in a food scale if you haven't done so already and weigh all of your food and log it as accurately as possible.

Good advice. Read the sexy pants link. Also, you should be recalculating your numbers every few months depending on how fast you are losing. It's a numbers game.0 -

You are going to have to trust in upping your calorie intake. If you are taking on an intense resistance or cardio training program your body needs way more calories to rebuild muscle and replenish glycogen stores for your next workout. I'm serious when I say you should probably be eating almost twice as much if you are 1200 cal. When I say trust, it's going to be hard to watch your weight increase (and it probably will at first). Your body will use the additional food to build muscle and your body will need time to readjust and ramp up your metabolism. Depending on how long you've been eating at such a limited amount, it can take some time for your body to readjust. Best of luck to you.0
