    Jess - Your exercise regimen is a major motivator - I look forward to being healthy and active for the rest of my life and I really admire your commitment, for yourself and your family. Gives me something to aim for in the (distant) future!

    Wow!! What a difference! I'm inspired by your gradual increase from walking to jogging to running a 10K!! Or was it 5K? Doesn't matter - anything that ends in "K" is awesome!! :laugh: Maybe someday, I will do the same. Thanks for sharing your progress pictures and story. You look SO healthy!!
