Easy Granola Bars - low calorie?

I tweaked this recipe a bit, removing the butter, using sunflower seeds in place of the almonds, used dessicated coconut (so no sugar added in that). I did add 1/2c of ground flax meal...but what could I use to bind it instead of the condensed milk? Don't get me wrong - these are DELICIOUS as they are, but way too many calories.

What are your suggestions? Or is there another recipe that's lower carb, lower fat?
