Hitting a wall

I don't get it. I've been working out on my elliptical for over a year now. I've been doing 40 min at between 55 and 60 rpm for 6 months. All of a sudden I started hitting a wall after 15 min or so. I get short of breath and get a burning sensation in my chest. I thought I was having heart problems, so I went to my cardiologist. She did a stress test, an echo, and a twenty four hour heart monitor. She didn't find anything wrong, but I'm still hitting that wall. Any suggestions?

Eat some sugar to get you back up and running? I take sliced apples for my workouts. Also chest burning could be your lungs. Did you see your general care practitioner or just straight to the cardiologist?0
