Dates, the fruit... I know they are very sweet, but lately I've been having them before I workout for the energy and even for breakfast. Too much of anything is bad for you. Would you say they are a good fruit (not like there is any bad fruit, but in terms of calories, sugar etc.) or should I cut down on having them?

If you want them, eat them. Just make sure they fit into your daily calorie intake, just like all things.0

I eat them for the potassium and fibre but they are very calorie dense so I limit them to a few if I'm eating them.0
