I started my lifestyle change in Jan 2014. After a visit to my doctor, I decided living with high blood pressure and being a borderline diabetic was not the life I wanted to live. I used to be a half marathon runner in high school and college. I knew I could do it again. I met with Carolina's Weight management and got on an eating and exercise plan. I have been going strong ever since by using MFP to track my calories and walking/jogging 5 to 6 days a week 45 mins to an hour a day. I still have a ways to go but am so happy from where I came. Here are my stats: Advice to those that are just starting out. Tell everyone you know that will listen that you are making a lifestyle change. It helps you stay motivated and keeps you accountable. I have used this strategy and it has worked great. Even my principal at my school knows. He has even recognized me in front of the entire staff at a meeting. Thanks for listening and good luck!

Get a "photobucket" account on www.photobucket.com. Drag a picture from a folder in the area where it says to (once you have set up your account you will know where that is) than once your picture is uploaded click on it and go to the blue underline word above or beside your picture that says "link" click on it and 4 different links will show beside your picture. Picked the "direct" link and copy it to your any post on MFP and putt [ img ] in the front of the link and [ /img ] at the end of your link. No spaces and all lowercase. Good luck!0
