Sugar Cravings After Workouts

I've never had a sweet tooth before, I used to be more the sour cream and onion, or Chips and dips type pleasure person. But since I've started working out heavy with weights, after my weightlifting I have a huge sugar craving that I usually take care of with some Jolly Ranchers or Lifesavers, but, it's a total foreign feeling.

Has anyone else experienced this?

    Sorry, kinda thought it was just my sweet tooth earlier. I just finished my zumba session a while ago and after a while, I felt this huge urge to have some chocolates...

    Although my hunch is that it's probably the calorie burning~ and energy expenditure so we're looking for something sweet (DO NOT TRUST ME ON THIS).

    But yay~ I'm not alone~

    The good news is if there is ever a time to splurge on some excess sugar, it's post workout. Your muscles are primed to take that sugar use it to restore glycogen. A great way to get your body ready for your next workout!
