Hi pals,

I'm a student living in the UK. I have been using this app for a quite a while with little to no progress, mostly due to my sporadic tracking and my compulsive overeating (amongst other factors). I have always been a little too shy to make an introduction before but I think it's time to crack open that shell and let the sunshine in. Seriously though, my main problem is a refusal to accept and take advantage of the support I have around me. Perhaps it is time for me to stop trying to do everything by myself?
In a few weeks I am heading to the USA for the first time to visit family and by then I would like to have set myself on the straight and narrow and begun to take control of my exercise and eating habits. (Nothing too unrealistic)
Anyone care to join me in my task?
