I've had fun reading everyone's posts so far and I am looking forward to diving into this community. I've been working out with a trainer and have seen my body changing but no weight loss thus far. He says that is normal and told me I should start a food journal.

One of my work out buddies suggested this site and I am very pleased with how everything is set up.

I'm excited to start sharing my journey!

    Welcome! THis is a great place to meet people and track your progress. Its true what your trainer says. Sometimes it takes a while before you start losing weight, while your body adjusts to the workouts. Especially if you are weight training.
