Android Meal Planning App?

If it's been posted already I couldn't find it.
Does anyone know of a good android meal planning app? I want to be able to 1. Look through recipes 2. Categorize by meal 3. Generate shopping lists. 4. Generate a Weekly, possibly bi-monthly menu. I would love for it to be geared toward diabetics I have just been diagnosed pre-diabetes and want to get this in control quick. I have looked through my app store and over 200 apps come up when I search for Diabetes Meal Planner.
