I just saw this on Facebook ...

You need:
1 package of sugar free instant pudding - any flavor
1 1/2 cup skim milk
2 cup fat free whipped topping

Mix pudding and milk together then add whipped topping.
Pour into Dixie cups or ice cube tray. Add popsicle stick to centers.
Allow to set in freezer.

Enjoy!

Sounds good, my Son will love this. I wonder how they would come out without the whipped topping mixed in??(we don't care for it)

Sounds yummy! I think I'll add some cinnamon.

The whipped topping most likely adds a sweeter taste, lighter form, and stretches the recipe out. Without it you have frozen pudding cubes and sugar free pudding is pretty gross.

Has anyone ever frozen jello? I'm curious as to how it would turn out.

You could possibly try home made whipping cream or even try beat egg whites (to soft peak stage)

My favorite aunt used to make us jello popsicles. If I recall correctly, she just used half the water called for. It made for great popsicles that didn't melt as quickly as the regular type.

    Pineapple was our favorite!

Grew up on this pretty much, but w/o the whipped topping stuff. Just milk & the SF pudding mix, we had them in Dixie cups. Delish :)
