lots of carbs at dinner affecting my progress

Could this be possible. I am a renowned carb lover, I very rarely eat simple carbs though.. I usually have around 200g a day and they make up 50-55% of my macros but i eat most at dinner time. I've heard lots of people have no carbs past 5pm or no carbs past lunch rules. But I just can't feel full without my beloved potato, pasta or rice side.
Could this be affecting my progress? I've now lost the weight i want to lose but now i'm just stuck on that stubborn tummy pouch.

There is nothing bad in eating carbs if they fit your calories/macros. If you want to lose weight, it's important to have a balanced diet, but you first need to be certain you're in a calorie deficit. Carbs are not going to affect your weightloss or your improvement in certain areas of your body. If you've already lost enough weight but you're not satisfied with your tummy you probably need to do something else - either losing more weight until your body fat % does actually satisfy you, or try to target your exercises to build muscle on your abs to make it look better.0

No. I ate 250g ish of carbs when I was in weight loss. I now eat 300g+. I also eat a majority of them like an hour before bed. Meal timing is irrelevant to weight loss and only matters in terms of sustainability.
The best way to lose fat is to lose weight slowly, eat a proper amount of protein, and typically recommended is some form of resistance training, ideally weight lifting.0 -

As long as you are eating in a deficit it does not matter how many carbs you eat or when you eat them.0 -
You have very little weight to lose it will be very slow going.0

No...
The issue is that you have very little in the way of fat stores so it's going to be very slow. Personally, I'd put most of my efforts into getting ample protein and hitting the weight room and working on body composition more than I would dieting. Really, your calorie deficit, if any, should be minimal.0
