Anyone following the 4 Hr Body by Timothy Ferriss?

Looking for friends who are on the same path as I am to get to their goal.
4 Hr Body is a low carb diet with lots of little tricks and tips to speed up your transfomation and with the minimum amount of work required for results.
It is still effort, but not "overkill". Apparently just minutes of high intensity exercise here & there is equal to many hours of low intensity exercise. My life is fairly busy (as most ppl), so I don't really have hours to spend working out every day.
Although "working out" is not really necessary to follow this diet, it does increase results significantly. For once I would like to see muscle in my abs. And apparently you can do so without several hours in the gym.
So I started my workout today, but unfortunately the exercises (Myotatic Crunch, Kettlebell Swing, etc) are not in the database. I will attempt to add them, and try to reflect the enegry expended in these high intensity exercises.
I am looking for friends mainly for support and to share experiences or pointers about the specific diet/exercise in the book.
Doesn't matter if you've been following for a while or just starting out.
Please add me to your friends list!
