Just started 26 day HCG ~ any tips?

So I just started the 26 day HCG program. No carbs, just llean protein, some veggies & fruits. Luckily most of my favorite fruits and veggies are on the plan. But I'm afraid salad is going to get old really quick.

I have also increased my water intake to 3 liters of water a day. That was always hard for me, drinking more water.

Has anyone else done this recently and have some tips?

  • suggestion for water intake, get the flavored waters. makes it more drinkable. thats how i do it.
  • Depends on the flavored water brand. Watch out for artificial sweeteners, which most of these have. Good Luck!

    Flavored water on hcg bad idea the only one i found is life water only 2 flavors have no artificial sweets anything ending in -ose is bad
