I have the Shred it Weights DVD by Jillian Michael. there is this fitness weight that she is using but I don't know what to call it or where to get it. can someone help me

    Haven't seen that video. Just thought I'd suggest just using something heavy from around your house if you don't want to spend the bucks on weights. Otherwise...maybe google?

    nevermind found it on amazon. its a cap barbell

    I have Shred it With Weights and (at least in level 1) she uses a kettle bell.
