Hi! My name is Erin. I am new to myfitnesspal. This is great. I love the way it counts everything. Not just calories. I need to lose 35-40lbs and home that I can continue to have willpower. I was just watching calories and lost 7lbs. Now that I know how many carbs,protein, & fiber I need this is going to be easy.(Hopefully).
