Is it because it's Spring......? Or the weight loss?

Yesterday I went with my dad to pick up a lawn tractor at a Deere Dealer. While I was there this gentleman and I mean gentleman, Tall, dark hair and handsome was about to enter the door as I was. He opened the door took off his cowboy style hat to me . Of course I thanked him and as he got inside he put his hat back on. May I add he had a sexy smile. While dad and I were loading up the large deck to the tractor, out of no where he came up and offered to help. I stood aside and let him help. When they were done I thanked him and again he took off his hat and said you are welcome. :blushing: WOW those guys are still out there and I haven't been treated like a lady in a long time. I wasn't looking my best either I had my old jeans on and the wind was so bad I know my hair was standing on end. Anyway just wanted to share what I feel is one of the benefits of having following this program with MFP::bigsmile:

    Just as an aside, if I didn't treat women likes ladies, my mother's spirit would haunt me the rest of my days...and yes she's still alive! To this day I feel like if I don't hold the door for a woman, I am going to get swatted in the back of the head. :laugh:

    It's spring. . .and you're a lovely lady. . .the weight loss might make you feel lovelier, too. I find that when I'm having a day that I feel prettier I get more attention from the gentlemen. Confidence is sexy!

    OH and Sgt. . . .ya'll are making me miss the south, what with your manners and all!:wink:

    My mom was like that with my brothers too...to this day they still open car doors for their girlfriends, and hold doors and stuff like that.
    It's good to know that chivalry isn't entirely dead. I'm glad there are still a few gentlemen out there.:flowerforyou:
