    I think this is cool thought because it actually helps you cut back on the addiction of smoking all together rather than transferring the addiction to another product... No?

    Back in the day, I tried a program that did similar with tracking when you smoked. Didn't work. Nothing did until I found e-cigs four years ago. Haven't smoked since.
