    Please tell me how you were able to tighten up the excess skin. This is a fear of mine when I hit my goal weight.

    I'm not sure how to help with that... I pretty much carried my weight even all over, not just in my belly. I'm guessing the fact that I strengthed trained everday to keep it toned, and only losing 1-2 lbs a week helped.

    I do a 30 min kettlebell workout 5x a week, as well as play hockey, soccer, volleyball, swim and spin. So different exercises everyday have helped me reach this goal. I wrote about how I got here on my blog page thingy lol

    You are my same height and at my weight goal. I was wondering... what size do you wear in clothing (what are your measurements)?

    I guess my clothing size depends on the store.. Mostly in pants I would wear bt a 4 and 6, and shirt size small to medium. Coats I have to wear larger as I am tall and they never make the arms long enough lol !
    I took my measurements yesterday and they are as follows
    Chest- 36
    Waist- 29
    Hips- 38
    Right arm- 11
    Right thigh- 21
