well growing up all my cousins and friends would say how awesomely muscular my dads legs were.
unfortunatly i had my mothers legs.....they arent bad legs, theyre just not as girthy looking as what my dad had still has at 60years old.0 -
I have short legs, and there isn't a gosh-darned thing I can do about that.
I also don't love the loose, stretched-out, wrinkly skin on my (otherwise, pretty flat) belly, which I guess is what happens when you are a small person who has three big babies in your mid-to-late 30s (when things aren't as elastic as they used to be).0 -
hips mostly but I also have this ugly scar on my knee that i hate. I say it looks like a worm. It didn't heal right because of where it is located. I hate that thing!0

My brain. I'd be much better off if I could just learn to love myself, no matter weight or size, and be grateful for this amazing body that God has given me.0

I think this is a great posting really . . . our perceptions are often so much more critical than others' perceptions of us. I have a laundry list full of body flaws that I try hard to ignore. For me the focus HAS to be on what I can change to feel healthy, to reduce health risks, and less about being able to put speedos on at the beach (God help us all!).
Anyhow, if you haven't seen this video, it is outstanding about self-perception:
