Any Low-Carbers or following 4 Hr Body ?

Looking for friends who are on the same path as I am to get to their goal.
4 Hr Body is a low carb diet with lots of little tricks and tips to speed up your transfomation and with the minimum amount of work required for results.
It is still work, but not "overkill". Apparently just minutes of high intensity exercise here & there is equal to many hours of low intensity exercise. My life is fairly busy (as most ppl), so I don't really have hours to spend working out every day.
Although "working out" is not really necessary to follow this diet, it does increase results significantly. For once I would like to see muscle in my abs. And apparently you can do so without several hours in the gym.

I've lost 9lbs just on a low carb diet - no exercise, hoping to get to 10 by end of month. I started my workout today, and added the 4 Hr Body exercises (Myotatic Crunch, Kettlebell Swing, etc) into the database.

I am looking for friends mainly for support and to share experiences or pointers about the specific diet/exercise in the book.
Doesn't matter if you've been following for a while or just starting out.
