workout routine ?

This is what I do every day:

warmup- 10 min jog on treadmill - speed 3- incline 1/2 of top
- 5 min stretching lower body then upper then core

Cardio- 25 min on elliptical - resistance 5 to 10- incline top

Other- 5 min of situps- 10lb ball- goal 30 per minute and a 30 second break in between
- trx bicep curl 10 to 20- 45 degree incline
- ballet barre workout - 25 minutes - 20 reps each side
Cool down/ stretching- 5 to 10 minute same as warmup


FYI- ballet barre work out is this:
hold on to back of chair or rail, right hip to chair, lift left leg to front of you = to hip, then to side, then backwards+ lower upper body to ground as leg lifts backwards. square off and lunge front then back. switch sides.
