Meal times?

So i am from Norway and we have our meals probably at different times, than most of you do here. I usually have my breakfast and after 2/3 hours i have lunch at school around 11. Then i come back home around 2:30 and have dinner. In the evening at 5/6 i have a snack or evening meal which is only fruit mostly. Is this bad? Should i maybe change to eating fruits when i come back from school and eat dinner as a last meal?

That actually sounds better than our traditional meal times. A lot of theory supports a heaver lunch and a lighter dinner. So I personally think as long as your're not driven to over eating in the evenings, if sounds like a good plan.0

Whether it's one meal or six meals, meal timing has no real impact on weight loss. Calorie total at the end of the day does.
