Stretching

Are you making sure you stretch properly before your workout?
Stretching helps:
-Increase blood flow
-Increases flexibility
-Increases range of motion
All of which make you less prone to injury.

I highly recommend you do dynamic stretching techniques before you do any static stretches however.

    Personally I do a light 2-5min cardio warm up instead of stretching before I lift. I do stretch before core/balance training though.
