hi, name is Jess. I have been using mfp on my phone for two months now. Still working on using it every day. I find it's the days that I don't log that are the ones I really should!
Anywho, I only began looking at the computer version site yesterday and decided to begin exploring the "community section" so here I am.
I have been overweight for five years. Used to be skinny but met my husband and my life turned into daily dinner dates, then breakfast, lunch, and dinner dates. The pounds came on so quickly! Anywho, I have dabbled in the gym arena, but never for longer than a week or two at the time. But now...I have an occasional gym partner, a trainer, and I have been going for 5 weeks now, so it's a bit of a habit. I get somewhat lazy with my food, but try to eat the 5 meals a day consistently, which is VERY difficult for me. Anywho, time to go to Fresh and easy now to grab some healthy snacks to get me through the week.
