Hi!! I'm new here

Hi All,

I need some friends to stay motivated . I'm 33 years old, 5" and need to lose a lot of body fat and tonify my muscles

My fitness plan is: (the perfect week:laugh: )
Group HIIT: 2 session per week, 45min (sometimes I do staires for 20 min)
Ashtanga yoga: 2 session per week, 1h
Body strength: 2 (usually the same day as yoga) full body strength at the gym
weekend Running: :cry: I would like to... but most of time I can't move

My dieting plan (I’m beginning today): healthy homemade food, low carb, less :drinker: and no junk food..

I would like to find some friends to join me pls

    :smile: Hi! I started my food plan two days ago. So far so good, but I have been at home or work, not out with friends or at school so we will see how the week pans out. Good luck and stay strong!
