    Hi All

    39lbs down already (yep MFP actually works!!!) with a further 14-20lbs to go.

    Doing a lot of running with my first half marathon in 2 weeks.

    I log daily, so always looking to give/receive thumbs up! :)

    Glasgow here, been using this place for about a year now and I've lost 122lbs so far so it appears to work :drinker: I'm also now a fitness nut and self proclaimed gym rat!
