T25 pregnant

Has anyone started this when pregnant???

I done it two days when found out when preggers so stopped as it was something new but just wondering could I have kept doing it?
I've alwsys gone to gym ususlly doing weights & some cardi, so I'm not new to exercise!

    Best option is to talk to your doctor. She'd know best. It really all depends on the condition of your body when you get pregnant. There is a big difference between T25 and basic cardio.

    I wouldn't. T25 is too intensive.

    Ye I thought it would be to intensive that's why I stopped, I have doctors on Friday will ask then!!! I may just keep it to get me back in shape as I'll need something good then!!!! Lol
