Hi guys, so now that I've reached my goal weight (123 lbs) ill fluctuate between that and about 126 quite often as I tend to go crazy sometimes and eat all snacks im sight. However, when I'm really good, I still don't seem to get past my goal weight. I'm getting married in two months and would really like to lose just two more pounds (the difference really shows at this point in my weight loss and for my frame)
I am just wondering if anybody has any tips that can help me break past 123?
22 yo
5'4''
123 lbs
Thanks!

Weight your food, eat less, move more.0

Stop eating all the snacks in site and you will more than likely break your "plateau".
If you aren't logging, start doing so again. Weigh and measure everything you eat. You probably only need a small deficit at this point as well....enough for 1/2lb/week loss. That way you can still have some of your snacks. Just make sure to log them.0
