I Think I've stopped losing weight

:mad: hi there, I am new in this site so please bear with me. Well i started my weight loss journey on 20th of February and have been following it religiously. At first my waist dropped down from 36' to 34.5' in one month, regarding diet its very strict as I am a college going chap, preparing food at my dorm is impossible. So i eat fruits, protein shakes(half scoop), meats(from an Indian takeaway basically breast pieces with little oil) and other natural food. I stopped taking sugar ladened stuff when I started my journey. I workout 4 days a week ie heavy weight training. I am sure my strength has increased drastically, but from past two days I've noticed that my waist is not shrinking, I feel fat which is making me depressed. What am i doing wrong? My thighs have shrunk a bit I can see my quad, shoulders and back have become muscular but my stomach and chest fat are not going away. Please help me out.
