Why so Hard?

My topic is: Why is it so hard to loose weight? I quit smoking a year ago and that was not as hard as this. Exercising is killing my muscles but I feel so good afterwards. I was down 20 pounds then gained 5 back. I quit drinking soda a month ago and don't miss it at all but substituted it for tea. I can't seem to find an exercise program I like and after working 12 hours to tired to go and work out. I have a hard time getting up early to exercise also. Need suggestions please.:frown:

It's hard for many because they don't have the correct plan of action to complete it. One doesn't have to exercise to lose weight. It just takes consistent calorie deficit. Exercise is for fitness and health and doesn't have to be long or over strenuous.
